It Worked

The virtual kick in the ass worked. I went to the gym on Monday and had a great weight workout followed by 30 minutes of sprints! And 30 minutes of sprints yesterday! It was awesome! And now I’m second day sore and my hamstrings are angry and my abs are screaming and have dryland training tonight!

This is going to suck.

  1. I’ve never been athletic, more like an athletic supporter yuk yuk. The benefits of training and speed skating for your body, mind and soul are easy to understand, but what I loVe about what you are doing is involving your entire family at different levels. I’m not a social worker, but I believe that your boys are seeing a side of women that most boys don’t see. Likely they’ll be better life partners because of that, but no pressure Sharon ;) Inspire and be inspired!

Woot woot! Second day sore is always the best kind of sore.

Good for you. Hope dry land training was fun.

  4. Sometimes I think there is a benefit to not being able to do sprints.

She’s got her mojo back! Woohoo!
