Wee
k Five is done and the theme to 100 Push Up and 200 Squat Challenge is:
Boo and Booyah!
Recap: I had to repeat Week Four of the push ups program because I have the upper body strength of Mr. Burns.
This week push ups were a Boo! While I surpassed Day 1 and 2 from the previous week, I was down for Day 3.
Weighted squats were a Booyah! because I surpassed the previous week and felt a huge difference in my legs although I practically had to crawl to get my glass of wine afterwards.
But where there’s a will, there’s a way. Never give up, people!
Week Five: Push Ups:
Day 1: Max 22 for a total of 69
Day 2: Max 24 for a total of 68
Day 3: Max 20 for a total of 80
Week Five: Weighted Squats:
Day 1: Max 35 for a total of 99
Day 2: Max 35 for a total of 108
Day 3: Max 42 for a total of 124
On an entirely different note I think I may be addicted to hot sauce.
How was your week?

You’re a superstar. Have to admit I never did start this. I suck
And, hot sauce makes pretty much anything better. As I said to Hubs on the weekend “The chicken fingers are really just a vehicle for the sauce you know” as I licked the plate …
Booyah to you.
Boo to me. I can barely lift my own arms. As in, my arms only. No weight attached.
Life has gotten in the way of pretty much everything the past couple weeks. Thus, I haven’t even started these challenges! Life will reach a fresh plateau this week so I’ll get started. Honestly!
But, I would REALLY appreciate a virtual kick in the ass from my Tweeple….
Dude….when you’re doing week one it literally takes 10 minutes out of your day.
TEN MINUTES.
Boyah and …. and I’ll send over someone to lift the glass to your lips.
That or a really really long straw. #Thankyou
Booyah to you. I’m…ugh. I just finished week 3 since I repeated 2 and my arms are still shaky.
Ya, it sucks. I know.
